I became familiar with Shadanica when she worked elsewhere, but we had lost touch some time ago. So I was absolutely delighted when I discovered she now works at Life is Sweet! Shadonica is a skilled massage therapist-always finding and fixing the spots that need attention. And she's a warm, fun person to be around. I always leave her table feeling better physically and emotionally.
Seriously the best massage of my life. I get a monthly massage to help with some shoulder issues, but it's often hard for me to convey that I'm not looking for Swedish massage. (Don't get me wrong-Swedish is great, but I need something more therapeutic.) Shadonica heard me, and when she was done I had full range of motion. III definitely be going back to see her.
Shadonica is an outstanding massage therapist. She listens and clearly understands how to address my pain issues. On top of that, after 75 minutes with her, I feel incredibly relaxed and comfortable in my body. I HIGHLY recommend herl!
